Timothy Lambert

Efiko Academy

Timothy Lambert is the co-founder of Efiko Academy and a former associate at SI2 Fund, an early-stage, impact-first investment fund active in Europe that helps impact ventures scale with tailored capital, active in-kind support, and access to networks. He specializes in social entrepreneurship, impact investing, and strategy consulting. For more than three years, he has worked closely with social enterprises to support them with planning, measuring, and managing their social impact.

Prior to joining SI2, Timothy worked on social performance management in the microfinance sector and on shared value projects with a Brussels-based boutique consultancy firm.  He is an ethics committee member of NewB, a new ethical cooperative bank in Belgium, as well as the Belgian impact investing network, SOLIFIN. He also serves as a board observer for Helpper, a peer-to-peer platform for home assistance services.

Timothy holds a MSc. in Microfinance from Solvay Business School, a MA in Business engineering from Louvain School of Management, and a Certificate in Ethics from Chair Hoover, University of Louvain. Additionally, he is an advanced social value and SROI practitioner.
