Your Involvement

We welcome all people and organizations seeking to value, manage, and maximize, impact!

SVC members are professionals from the public, non-profit, and private sectors across leadership, policy development, and implementation roles. Their work ranges from client service and product development, to evaluation, sustainability/accountability reporting, and communications – to name but a few!

The social sector – in its broadest definition – is drawn to social value from a desire to maximize impact with the resources available, and to be confident in its expression of the value of results achieved.

Government is drawn to social value with a vision for policy and services that maximize the wellbeing of citizens.

Impact investors are drawn to the social value movement as the value of impact is an essential criteria of deal flow.

Companies are drawn to social value, as impact on people and the environment are factored into organizational objectives and operations, and to enhance sustainability reporting.

Investors seek information on the value of impact, to inform their view on the strength of a company and its role within an investment portfolio.

SVC serves members as they seek to advance Social Value Standards of Practice in the application of the Social Value Principles, #SROI, the SDG Impact Standards – in policy development, service offerings, and business operations.
